Roofing completed. Now Lots of prep for this siding project. When I say Lots, it means a partial flatbed factory direct shipment of Hardie siding and accessories. Ready to prep trim work and get cranking. We will wrap this up with some new decking at the end.

Siding and roofing wrapped up on Cove Road. Western States Metal in their T Groove Corten AZP Raw and their Corrugated in a Speckled Rust. A slightly different than usual installation but all the same concepts in the end. Thanks Chad for taking that on for us!

Just missing a custom gutter hope to have that shortly.

Next is the rest of the drywall prep for the Diamond Veneer Plaster, one of my favorites...

Stone shower slabs so we can move forward on the showers.

Mahogany decking is being milled..

An amazing kitchen, pantry, and coat closet along with a floor to ceiling veneer wall in the works by our sister company Opulent By Design.
