Schedules are built to keep us on track and to allow all our trades to plan accordingly. However, they are a living and breathing document. Were able to perform at a high-level not only because of the amazing trades we hire, but because we are constantly looking to improve and adjust our schedule.

G&G Industries Inc project schedule calls for painters to start on October 30 however because we were running ahead of schedule, doesn't mean we keep the schedule it means we accelerate the schedule. A week and a half ago we realize we would be running ahead of schedule, so we contacted our painter to get in 5 days early to start their prep work. Today on Saturday the 28th they begin painting putting us a almost a week ahead of schedule!

Saturday Siding! Liberty Sheet Metal is knocking it out of the park with the siding at our G&G project. It's only been nine weeks since we started this project and by the end of next week we will be fully enclosed with a floor. Amazing work, amazing team!!

Quadrate was happy to help out with the relocation of the original Macomb Township, City Hall to its new home adjacent to the current City Hall. Although our part was very small, (We supplied the masonry block for its new foundation). We were honored to help out. It's awesome to see the history of a great community survive for generations to enjoy.

Anthother Hall of fame award win from Varco Pruden Buildings !!! Our GFL Material Recycling Facility project in Pontiac, MI Won a place in VP's Hall of fame for Miscellaneous projects. A unique addition to the remains of what use to be the Pontiac Fiero plant, Quadrate designed and built a 35,000sf additon with a 200' clear span for Michigans newest recyling facility. Thank you to GFL Environmental Inc. & Frank Francisco for the opportunity and Thank you Varco Pruden for the recognition!!
