Simple details to update this new construction house, to a more custom and personalized home for this wonderful family.

In the living room we removed the stone around the fireplace, built a new custom mantel, then added A9 squares on each side wall, finished off with 2 wall scones.
The stairwell and upper hallway, we where able to remove the builders b**b lights, upgraded to simple and clean LED can lights, then added some depth to the large plain wall with A9 molding and stacked that with a screen molding, and finished off with fresh paint!
3 bedrooms got clean lined Board and Batten accent walls, and a simple design was added to the plan ends of each side of the island cabinet too.
All our carpentry and painting is completed in house (not subcontracted to the cheapest crew), we self perform and take pride in all of our work!

Kitchen renovation completed!! Some before, during and after photos of this 3 and a 1/2 week transformation. We removed the soffits over cabinetry, removed a small closet, and enlarged all 3 openings into this kitchen. Updates include new tile floors, lighting, cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and fresh paint!

What a beautiful way to tie in campagne bronze finishes, 2 tone custom cabinets, and simple but elegant tile backplash for an amazing updated kitchen.

This customer knew what they wanted and did all the design selections, making this all come together! We can help as much or little on the selection process and ideas, but the quality speaks for itself on each of our custom renovations.

Completed some much needed updates to this quad-level home in Troy Mi, after this customer had some waterproofing completed.

We started out with removing double layers of wall paneling, and this terrible and dated (and very rough) textured ceiling. We then repaired the wall framing removed during the waterproofing, added can lighting in both the bedroom and living room, then installed and finished new drywall and trim. Finished off with fresh paint and new LVP flooring!

Turned this one around in just under 30 days from demo day to completion, just in time to host some holiday parties!!

Transformation complete!!

Container home covered patio, converted into a kids bedroom.

Removed the balcony, built a wall, tied into the duct work, added electrical and a light, spray foamed the exterior wall to meet energy code, added a window with shiplap to match the rest of the house, continued to drywall, paint, added an interior door to the new room, then finished off with some plush carpet!

This was a fun project, the basics & fundamentals are still the same, but this is a 1st for us to modify a container home!

We passed our final building inspection today, and get to turn this room over to this amazing growing family!

Completed kitchen renovation; this one took us just shy of 4 weeks, from demo day to reset of appliances and final touch ups!

We removed the soffits, increase upper cabinet height, and added double crown to get them to the ceiling. Updated the lighting, fresh paint, and finished off with installing a new tile backsplash!

Deck season is in full swing!!

Beautifully renovated deck, for an amazing family!

A little joist rot replacement, some new stair stringers, then all new treated deck boards, and new composite railings w/ aluminum spindles. Finished off with painting the existing beams and posts, matching the saddle brown from the railings to tie it all together!

Open floor plan beam install!

If an engineer can draw it, we can install it!

Installing a steel I beam, to support a 2nd floor and roof load. Opening up over a 20’ span, and recessed the beam into the ceiling for a flat/no drop down drywalled ceiling. This beam weighed over 800lbs. We cut out 6 3/4” of the TGI floor joists above, all while supported with temp walls on each side to slide this beam up into place. We then hangered each floor joist from this new beam.
