Crop nutrient removal amounts that we can extract from your yield monitor data are very important and useful:

• to comply with landlord contracts that require that a field’s soil nutrients be maintained.
• to replace nutrients that are removed by harvested crops to maintain the optimum level of soil nutrients.
• to provide the information necessary (required) to produce profitable yields.
• to avoid the threat of EPA regulation by being able to document that only the nutrients necessary for sustainable growth of the crop are being applied.
• to assure critics that well managed farms are protecting the environment by using best management practices that have been agreed to by recognized farm and environmental groups.
