Going into Thanksgiving feeling extra thankful for all the hard work our team has put in place for one of our ongoing projects. This project is right here in our backyard, and we are proud to see everything moving forward on time, as projected.

The facility usage is an organic Gourmet mushroom farm consisting of 22 greenhouses. The construction will consist of two build phases. This project is state of the art technology, and is an additional step in a multi-state location operation. Thank you to the team at Hedgehog Foods, Inc. for entrusting Pro Construction of GA with this project build.

Pro Construction of GA is proud to announce the mobilization of site development for Hedgehog Foods, Inc. This project will consist of site development and infrastructure for a nine-acre parcel on Ga Hwy 49 in Peach County. The facility usage is an organic Gourmet mushroom farm consisting of 22 greenhouses. The construction will consist of two build phases.

This project is state of the art technology, and is an additional step in a multi-state location operation. We anticipate first phase operation of 11 of the units by early fourth quarter 2025.

When a finished product looks this good, we can't help but share it even if we are sharing it a bit late in the game!

Pro Construction of GA proudly completed the construction of Perry-Houston County's new airport terminal & hangar building back in January this year, but just finally got around to snapping some updated shots of the finished construction.

This project was a labor of love and we are very proud of all the hard work between our project team, the engineer, architect, and the airport manager, Jim Marquardt. It was a pleasure working with everyone and to have the opportunity to work on a project in our own backyard!

We are a commercial general contracting company located in the Middle Georgia area, and we are looking for a COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT who is extremely reliable, has a positive attitude and is committed to delivering quality work above and beyond specifications and expectations.

We would like someone who is looking for longevity with a company and who is capable of traveling around Georgia depending on the project location. Travel is not always required depending on the project(s) location, but the ability to travel is a plus.

TIMEFRAME:
We are seeking to find someone within the few weeks and/or before the end of October.

SALARY:
Discussed at time of interview and is based off experience and knowledge in the commercial construction trade.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction.
-Must have “ground up/start-to-finish” commercial construction experience.
-Must have personal hand tools and be willing to perform elementary carpentry skills
-Must possess good organizational and communication skills; and be able to communicate accordingly with the project manager and owner.
-Must be knowledgeable of building and site layout process; understanding blueprints and construction schedule and ability to communicate that information.
-Must be able to maintain an accurate and complete set of project documents including field revisions and notes.
-Must be able to orchestrate subcontractors & coordinate related inspections.
-Must communicate regular updates and monitor / manage construction progress.
-Must be capable of maintain strict control over the accuracy, quality and conformance to plans and specs for subcontracts and supplier’s work.
-Must coordinate subcontractor work scopes; overall project quality control.
-Must coordinate any and all material deliveries.
-Must review and analyze site and building plans in order to monitor and ensure compliance with plan specifications.
-Must be able to walk job sites, lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds on occasion and be capable of working outdoors during all season.
-General computer skills.
-Must orchestrate company safety policy and perform weekly toolbox talks.

**NOTE: Prior experience on EXPRESS TUNNEL CARWASH projects is a PLUS. (i.e. trench, conveyor, reclaim tanks, etc. )

Happy Monday! We are well overdue for a project share, so here is one of our latest projects we just completed and proudly handed over to the City of Pooler.

We had a great team of subcontractors and internal personnel working diligently to ensure this project was delivered on time and within budget! It makes us even more proud to have completed the project ahead of schedule and to all required specifications! That's what we call good team work!

We have enjoyed a great working relationship with the City of Pooler and Coleman Company Engineers on this project and look forward to working on future projects together.

Here we GROW again!

It may be a rainy start to July, but we have an awesome team who have been putting in work over the past month on Jay's Car Wash located in East Point, GA.

This marks our second project with this Owner, and we are looking forward to delivering the project on time and within budget. Our team on the ground and in office are working diligently to get work in place and ensure a high-quality project at completion.

Pro Construction of GA is very grateful for our returning clients, and we look forward to other future endeavors with this Owner, along with all upcoming Owners we get the pleasure to work with.

TGIF! The team here at Pro Construction could not be happier to see all the warm weather and sunshine in the forecast for the coming days. We are certainly taking advantage of getting work in place after all the rain we've had lately.

Here are some great progress shots from our guys Georgia Drone Pros, LLC of our project for the Georgia State Patrol Post 33 in Milledgeville, GA.

We have an awesome workforce of local subcontractors and they are working hard for us to make this project a success. Communication is key; our Project Manager and Superintendent are working hard with these subcontractors to ensure the success of this project at hand.
