House all washed, caulked, painted, and all wood work Thompson water sealed. Also new metal on side porch and walk way.

All new bigger post, new hardy siding, new none route facial boards and soffits. Caulked and painted. Looks brand new and will last .......tfj

1780 sq. ft. of floors taken up. Took all joist out. Put all new treated joist back in on 16" spacing. Glued and screwed treated 3/4" plywood down on joist. Put 30 pound felt down and laid another 3/4" regular plywood down and screwed. Then laid all new click lock flooring. 20 mill. Good solid floor . # Terry and Debbie Jourdan...tfj

Remolded camp house. Walls on deck side completely taken out and reframed insulated, new cypress wood, all new windows, new covered porch on top too deck. Entire structure stained in a great new color green. Terry-DebbieJourdan......tfj
