There are some reputable companies out there and some that aren’t. The ones that aren’t usually charge way less, less quality of work, don’t pull a permit, don’t have a duct test performed and won’t get your project inspected. Sometimes even the easiest days become the harder days. Having to install a condenser unit on a 2 story building but the technician forgot to tell you that you’d need a crane for a condenser unit that usually is set on the ground. Finding out that the sides of the roof are metal, steep and slippery. Finding out that the copper line was kinked and possibly caused the compressor to fail on the last unit and having to repair it. When the RDS kit that needs to be installed with the new r32 evaporator coil to the existing furnace is having issues. When an installation should take half a day then becomes a full day. Things happen and sometimes we have to role with the punches. Role up our sleeves and continue. Just remember, it could always be worse. This is part of our everyday lives and part of what we do as a company. Keep rolling with the punches.
