📡 Meet the V2 Radio.

Cooler. Better wireless performance. More frequency options. Built for both robots and competition access points.

The V2 addresses some of the biggest feedback we received from the V1:

❄️ ~20°C / 36°F cooler after 12 hours in our testing
📶 2.4, 5 & 6 GHz support
📡 Custom antennas designed and tuned by Vivid Technologies
⚡ Passive PoE + standard PoE support
🤖 Designed as both a Robot Radio + Access Point

And with Vivid Technologies supplying V2 radios for official events, the VH-113 access point will be retired.

Two versions will be available:
🌎 WCP-2212 — Everywhere Else
🇨🇳 WCP-2806 — China / 6 GHz disabled

Pre-orders are open now at WestCoast Products.

Unboxing PlanetaryX 👀⚙️

Compact. Modular. Built for FRC.

Stack stages, change ratios, and configure it your way.

PX is here.

09/09/2026

The new Dual Carrier design is one of the features we’re most excited about.

Every PlanetaryX stage we currently offer is rated for 300+ Nm of load, including the 1/2” hex socket.

The semi-open carrier design keeps the gears captured while making it easy to inspect gear condition and grease levels without taking the entire stage apart.

And when a stage isn’t in use, each one comes in its own PP storage box to keep everything organized and protected.

We teased it back at Kickoff… now it’s finally here. 👀

Introducing PlanetaryX (PX) — our new modular planetary gearbox system built for the wide range of mechanisms FRC teams throw at us.

Stack one stage or multiple stages to get the ratio you need. Change your setup later without replacing the entire gearbox. Mount your motor directly, run a 1/2” hex input, and take advantage of mounting options on all four sides.

⚙️ Modular multi-stage design
📐 Compact 2” × 2.5” × 0.75” stage footprint
🔩 Integrated motor bolt circles + bearing bores
↔️ Direct motor mounting or 1/2” hex input
🛠️ #10-32 tapped mounting holes on all four sides
📏 Compatible with the 1/2” pitch spacing standard from both ends

One gearbox platform. A whole lot of possibilities.

PlanetaryX is here.

74 teams. 4 World Champions. What a season, TeamWCP.

The 2026 FRC season is in the books. Our sponsored teams played 4,149 matches, brought home 339 awards, and put three TeamWCP teams on the same Einstein-winning alliance: 4414, 1323, and 1538.

17 made Einstein. 7 of 8 divisions came home with TeamWCP banners.

To all teams that support us, those late nights on the grind, and showing up when it mattered: thank you. See you in 2027.

We’ve been seeing some awesome CC-inspired bots out there. If your team took inspiration from the 2026 CC, we’d love to see it.

Share your bot and tag us to be considered for the CC Sponsorship Program.

We also just launched our CC Robot Tracker page to follow along with all the builds 👀
