This is one we finished a little while back. Had to wait a little bit for the custom glass to come in but we think it turned out really nice. Customer had some awesome tile choices and the idea to hide the clutter of what’s in the cubbies behind that knee wall so it can always look sleek coming into their master bath. Did all the tile in there and another half bath and laundry room for this addition.

Finished this one up today. Great choices all around from the customer. She has a little painting left to do but all around turned out nice especially these huge 2 ft by 4 ft tiles. Where there’s a will there’s a way.

Sometimes I get too excited for the tear out and forget all about before pictures but we demoed an old fiberglass shower unit, vanity and flooring in this one. With that gone we installed new flooring, vanity and tiled the shower with a cubby inside and outside for added storage. 2 new light fixtures, a medicine cabinet and a few grab handles for safety plus a fresh coat of paint finished this one off nicely. Thank you to all our customers for trusting us to make your visions a reality.

Well it’s been a little bit since we posted but this was a pretty big job that carried through the holidays. Love all the customers choices on this one. Out with the dated pink and blue bathrooms and in with the new yet classic white styling. Also did all new LVP floors throughout and a fresh backsplash for the kitchen. Fresh paint for the whole home and we were even able to add a shower in the half bath after stealing just a little bit of room from an adjacent hall closet.

This spring and summer Mr. RST has been spending a lot of time in the heat building decks (from board replacement to complete rebuilds) and added a covered area over a basement door with pool pump surround! ☀️

We know it’s been a while since we updated but what better way than to introduce this living space! You’ve seen this bathroom before, this space has just been designed around it. What started as an unfinished basement is now a gorgeous entryway to a one room apartment with walk-in closet and master bathroom.
