The industrial sector across North America is changing fast. EV manufacturing, battery production, automation, new facility builds.

CMF has been part of that first hand. We built EV assembly lines, installed battery manufacturing equipment, and helped clients retool their facilities for products that did not exist five years ago.

We work across automotive, energy, food and beverage, manufacturing, aerospace and technology. The equipment and layouts change from job to job, but the need for skilled tradespeople who can move, install and commission complex machinery safely and on schedule stays the same.

At CMF Group, safety doesn't stop at the planning phase.

On site, our supervisors are coaching crews in real time. If something changes mid job, whether it's site conditions, scope or crew sequencing, the safety plan adapts with it. It stays a living part of the project instead of a document that gets reviewed once and filed away.

We also treat safety as a shared responsibility. Every person on site, regardless of role or trade, is expected to participate in maintaining a safe work environment, because that's everyone's job.

Our clients trust us on their sites because they've seen how we operate. We protect their people, their equipment and their facility at every stage, and that standard holds whether we're leading the project or working alongside other trades on site.

CMF has spent 20 years building relationships with the trades and partners we work alongside. Sometimes we're part of a larger team led by someone else, and sometimes we're the general contractor coordinating the specialty trades ourselves. Either way, the goal is the same. We do our job clean, work well with the people around us, and keep the schedule moving.

When that works, the job runs smoother and the schedule holds, and everyone on site wants to work together again next time.

CMF Group Inc. is seeking an experienced AZ Truck Driver & Yard Hand to support equipment transportation, material handling, and yard operations for our Windsor and Corunna facility, with periodic travel to the GTA and other CMF job sites.

The successful candidate will transport heavy equipment, machinery components, tools, and job materials using a variety of specialized trailers and tractors. This role requires strong operational awareness, safe driving practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with field crews, customers, and supervision. Yard duties, equipment inspections, and routine maintenance are essential components of this position.

This position includes physically demanding work, including manually applying load securement (chains, binders, straps) and installing load coverings such as tarps and protective materials. This is a hands-on, safety-focused role suited for a reliable, professional driver who takes pride in equipment care, load securement, and customer service.

Schedule delays on industrial projects rarely come from one big failure.

A crew shows up without the right tooling. A subcontractor finishes late and the next trade can't start. Equipment that is supposed to be ready isn't. A few of those in one week and your project is behind before anyone catches it.

CMF plans for those gaps before the project starts. Our project managers stage the right equipment ahead of time, coordinate hand-off timing with every trade and partner on site, and keep direct communication with the client throughout.

If something shifts mid project, we catch it early and adjust the plan before it affects your timeline, so our clients hear from us the same day with a path forward rather than finding out about a problem two weeks after it started.
