Large-scale industrial projects often involve multiple contractors on site, each operating under different safety protocols and reporting to different project managers. That coordination burden typically falls to the client.

CMF is structured to remove it. We self-perform the majority of scope in-house across six locations in Canada, the United States and Mexico, including millwrighting, rigging, structural steel fabrication and machining. Where a portion of the scope requires subcontracting, we manage those relationships directly.
