Sometimes, we get a print, cut some parts, test parts, Q.C., finish the run, and we’re done, all without knowing the final application. So, lets call this one a Custom Gasket, machined from our FS7101, 70 Durometer, FVMQ. When you need non-standard parts, TURN to MFP Seals.

Whether it’s a complex shape or specialized material, we always work with our customer to give them our best product on the market. This Custom Gasket was machined from a Vinyl Methyl Silicon Rubber (Fluorosilicone), designed for Automotive and Aerospace applications, it has outstanding chemical and temperature resistance. It’s standard operating temperature range is -60°C to +200°C (-76°F to +392°F).

MFP Seals M1005 is a 90 HRM, glass reinforced, nylon compound. It is an extremely tough material, primarily used for Hard Adapters & Wear Rings. M1005 is designed to require minimal finishing, right from the mold, which reduces machining & handling costs on net molded parts.

Our net molded process can yield installation ready, budget friendly wear rings which prevent cylinder wear & protect both pistons & cylinders. If you need to keep your equipment running on a tight budget, consider MFP Seals net molded products made from or specially blended M1005 material. M1005 has a standard operating temperature range of -54°C to +135°C (-65°F to +275°F).
