Brian just won the Milton Pikarsky Memorial Award for his Masters thesis titled “Diagnosis of Freeway Bottlenecks During the Mass Evacuation for Hurricane Irma on Florida’s Turnpike Mainline”. I'm very proud to be on his Ph.D. committee.
