New year, new deadline: June 30 🗓️

ABC of Wisconsin accepts apprenticeship applications year-round, but if you’re planning to start an apprentice in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, or steamfitting, there’s an important cutoff to know.

👉 All application materials are due by June 30 to be eligible for classes starting in August/September.

Ready to build your future in the trades? Don’t wait, get everything submitted by June 30!

Congratulations to Joshua Clauss, ABC of Wisconsin’s 2026 Apprentice of the Year!

An HVAC apprentice at Epic Systems Corporation and graduate of Madison College, Joshua was recognized for his outstanding work ethic, leadership, and commitment to excellence. After earning gold in HVAC at the ABC Wisconsin Apprenticeship Skills Competition, he advanced to compete at the National Craft Championships.

Joshua’s dedication extends beyond the jobsite as a husband, father, apprenticeship graduate, and active community member, he represents the very best of Wisconsin’s construction workforce.
