We were thrilled to join the City of Dodgeville community and Dodgeville Area Chamber of Commerce for the official ribbon-cutting of the brand-new Villas at Fox Pointe - Dodgeville ✂️🏠

Great projects start with strong partnerships. This development is a perfect example of matching a public client in need of affordable housing with a private developer looking for a supportive community to build in.

Bringing this site to life meant tackling some unique terrain. Our team brought in about 15,000 cubic yards of material to level the property, engineered a 400-foot extension of Grace Street, and coordinated public watermain and sanitary sewer extensions.

Vierbicher provided civil engineering, municipal engineering, and land surveying services to help make this project a reality.

We are proud to work alongside partners, Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) and JNB - Dodgeville Family Development, who are investing in quality affordable housing options for Dodgeville! 🙌

🎉 We’re excited to welcome Sam Mantsch, PE to the Vierbicher team!

Sam joins our Madison office as our Traffic Practice Lead. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a degree in Civil Engineering, Sam brings six years of specialized experience in traffic operations, roadway design, and transportation planning. Having previously served in key engineering roles, he offers a deep technical skill set in managing complex traffic solutions that will be a major asset to our transportation practice and clients across the state.

Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and hunting for antiques. He is also a passionate Wisconsin sports fan who loves cheering on his favorite hometown teams. We’re thrilled to have Sam on the team and look forward to the technical leadership, expertise, and fresh perspective he brings to our traffic engineering initiatives!

We were thrilled to attend the Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of Wisconsin’s very first Topgolf! 🏌️‍♂️

Watching this innovative, premier entertainment spot take shape has been an exciting journey for our team. Bringing together 72 climate-controlled hitting bays, a full-service restaurant and bar, event spaces, and an outdoor patio, this venue is set to become a favorite local hangout.

Our Vierbicher team is incredibly proud to have provided comprehensive civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture services to help bring this landmark venue to life right here in our community.

🎉 We’re excited to welcome Jared Grosinske to the Vierbicher team!

Jared joins our Reedsburg office as a Survey Technician. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a degree in Geography, and GIS, Jared brings years of multi-faceted industry experience to our team.

Having served in key roles as a Survey Technician, Geospatial Technician, Cartographic Technician, and GIS Specialist, he offers a deep technical skill set in mapping, spatial analysis, and field surveying that will greatly benefit our clients and project operations.

Outside of the office, Jared is an avid outdoorsman who loves mountain and road biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and deer hunting. He also enjoys gardening and cooking a great meal. We’re thrilled to have Jared on the team and look forward to the technical depth, versatility, and passion he brings to our Reedsburg projects!
