From Walk for Wishes in Fitchburg to the Middleton Parade, our team has enjoyed spending time out in our community recently! We kept Walk for Wishes participants refreshed with water and snacks, and had so much fun at the Middleton Parade connecting with our neighbors.

When you’re refreshing the spaces people move through every day, the details matter.

At Metropolitan Place Condominiums, the goal was to bring more warmth and cohesion to the shared spaces while creating a look that feels warm, refined, and right at home in its downtown Madison setting.

Iconica provided interior design services to refresh more than 100,000 square feet of shared interior space, bringing greater warmth, cohesion, and intention throughout Metropolitan Place. Updates to lighting, furniture, finishes, wall coverings, ceilings, and tile created a more polished, welcoming experience.

The result is a thoughtful refresh that feels calm, connected, and well-suited to the residents who experience these spaces every day.

Congratulations to Regent Cuts Barbershop on their grand opening! 💈
It’s always rewarding to see a space come together, and even better to see it in action. A few customers were already in the chairs getting their hair cut when we stopped by. This space sits on the ground floor of Vicino Apartments, a new apartment community we constructed in partnership with WHPC, handling everything from initial construction through the interior build-out.
