So excited to be honored !
Today we are recognizing Connie Worley of Mark Worley's Construction!
"Becoming an active member of the Huntsville Madison County Builders Association has been an important part of both my personal and professional growth as well as the continued growth of Mark Worley's Construction. As a woman owner in the construction industry, I strongly believe in building relationships, supporting one another, and being involved in an organization that strengthens our industry and the community we serve.
Through our involvement with the HMCBA and the Home Builders Association of Alabama, we have developed lasting relationships with other builders, trade partners, suppliers, and industry professionals. Those connections have provided valuable resources, education, collaboration, and a greater understanding of the issues and opportunities affecting our industry.
For Mark Worley's Construction, being an active member has helped us stay connected to the building community, continue improving the way we serve our customers, and surround ourselves with professionals who share a commitment to quality and integrity.
I am especially proud to be part of the growing presence of women in the building industry. Women bring an important perspective to construction, design, customer relationships, leadership, and business ownership. I hope that by being involved and visible within our industry, we can encourage more women to recognize the opportunities available to them and confidently pursue leadership roles in construction and home building.
I am grateful for the relationships, support, and opportunities that have come through our involvement with HMCBA and HBAA, and I am honored to be recognized."
