Water proofing project in progress.
120+ yr old church
Water is penetrating the original foundation wall below the grade and getting inside rooms .

Demoing and removing asphalt ,excavating dirt to expose the foundation wall
We will clean all dirt and debris off the wall, then pressure wash .. Apply the weather/ water proofing material and membrane to the wall, back fill and apply new asphalt over.

Once completed plaster repairs can begin on inside of the old structure.

This project will wrap up our 2024 year. It was a productive year and we want to thank all the GC’s, and client’s that made our year a successful one. Thank you for the loyalty .

We are looking forward to starting projects that are on the books for the new year , it’s going to a busy 2025!

Plastering project in progress…this is a church that’s around 120 years old. The basement is below the grade on the exterior of the building and the parking lot ..overtime water has crept in to the lime mortar used to lay the original brick .It took many years but over time the moisture was able to pe*****te the interior plaster causing it to blister and peel…we’ve removed all the old plaster materials prepped the brick and adjacent plaster for the restoration and plastering materials.

My work carried me to the delta to our Plaster restoration project coming up. It’s a great old home rich in history they call the Swain Plantation..The craftsmanship of old can’t be beat. Each fire place has tile work that has a scene above the opening ..very unique. There’s a grand stair case for the 3 floors and almost all the walls are plaster with plaster molding / cornice throughout the 14,000 sq ft home

Outside the plantation bell for the home is huge with a slight silver patina..
According to the history over a 1000
Silver coins were melted and used when it was cast in the 1800s .

The owners and the superintendent have done a great job with the restoration, it was started in 2019 they hope to be completed by this time next year .. well worth the wait.

Gotta love the old ones.

Interior fire place and exterior ceiling we recently completed . The fire place and entertainment wall is clad with Marble stone. The ceiling is a 3 coat cement stucco with a colored mortar finish.
The home owner and builder were great to work with . On to the next one…

Phone started ringing first thing this morning from all the storm damage. I’m out pricing jobs in the rain so I can make hay when the sun shines…there’s lots of damage to exterior of homes in certain areas..and it’s pouring down. I’ve seen lots of trees down ,gutters hung up in trees, telephone poles snapped in half and hanging by the lines.
If any of my clients out there have any damage be sure and call me , we will get you taken care of, thanks for your loyalty.

Ongoing project …Lots of work, lots of planning, lots of coordinating and lots of rest we needed over the Thanksgiving holiday..I want to thank all who have helped and continue to help complete our scope of work on this large renovation project. A big thanks to the management and all its staff for help and kindness, and last but not least the material suppliers, and the equipment rental companies..

Over 130k + square footage completed ahead of schedule. We will be starting the next phase today. Thank you to all the crews that helped us reach the finish line on the first phase.Also a big shout out to the the owners, architects , and management for your professionalism we are grateful to you amd all involved with the project.
