Meet our August Employee of the Month, Hannah!
Hannah has been with Fulcrum since April 2024 and runs our Accounting Department. From payroll and AP/AR to HR and all the things that somehow need handled in between, she’s one of the people behind the scenes keeping this place moving.
Her connection to the trades is a special one. Hannah’s dad was a carpenter and, according to her, could build or fix just about anything. She grew up watching him work with his hands and gained a huge appreciation for the skill that goes into the trades.
Her dad passed away a few months ago, and he was incredibly proud that Hannah worked at Fulcrum. She may have found her way into the trades through accounting, but she loves knowing that, in a way, she followed him here. ❤️
Outside of work, Hannah is usually running in approximately 47 directions with her husband Tim and their girls, Mallory and DJ, most likely headed to a softball field. She’s an El Bracero loyalist, a Taylor Swift/Ella Langley girl when she gets control of the music, and fun fact: she’s a twin!
And as for why she earned Employee of the Month?
According to Hannah: “I mean… I do control the payroll.” 😂
In reality, it’s because she cares deeply about Fulcrum and the people here, and it shows.
