Before the alarm clocks start ringing, we're already rolling.

As the sun rises over Eastern Kentucky today, one of our crews were already on-site, machines were warming up and the day's work is underway. It takes dedication, teamwork and plenty of early mornings to keep roads improving across the state.

Most people see the finished product. We take pride in every step it takes to get there.

We brought the team together this week for our annual safety meeting to make sure everyone is prepared, informed and ready to go. Safety isn’t just a checklist for us—it’s part of how we operate every day.

And of course… we made it a little sweeter with some fresh local donuts from Golden Glaze Bakery & Deli! 🍩
