Clearing & Dirt Work Operator
We’re looking for a solid operator who knows how to get it done.
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience on track hoe and dozer
• Able to cut grade on pads, lay out pads, and read plans
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Pay: $20–$30/hr
Depends on experience and how you perform on the working interview.

🚧 Pond Overflow & Spillway Complete 🚧

Another big milestone reached on this lake project!

We’ve successfully completed the new overflow and spillway system, helping ensure better water management, improved functionality, and long-term protection for the property.

Once the rain lets up, we’ll lower the water level and put the finishing touches on the final lake shaping.
