At LaPointe Construction LLC, we specialize in building barndominiums, metal buildings, shops, and custom structures from the ground up—but a great general contractor is only as strong as the team standing behind him.

Over the years, I’ve learned that the subcontractors and companies we partner with mean everything. When you find people who take the same pride in their work, communicate well, show up when they say they will, and care about the finished product as much as you do—you keep those relationships.

One of those relationships is with the epoxy coating company we partner with on every project we can. Their work takes an ordinary concrete floor and completely transforms it, giving our metal buildings, shops, garages, and barndominiums that clean, durable, high-end finished look.

An 8,500 SQ. FT. CUSTOM HOME is not the place to learn on the job. 🏠💪

When a homeowner hands you the responsibility of replacing the roof on a home of this size and caliber, they aren’t simply hiring a roofing company — they are trusting you with one of the largest investments they will ever own.

A roof replacement on an 8,500 sq. ft. custom home comes with an entirely different level of responsibility.

The size alone creates challenges. The rooflines are more complex. There are multiple elevations, valleys, transitions, penetrations and architectural details that all have to be handled correctly. Material logistics have to be planned. Crews have to be coordinated. Landscaping, driveways, windows, stucco, stonework and everything surrounding the home has to be protected. Cleanup has to be constantly managed, and every detail has to be inspected throughout the process.

There is very little room for error.

We recently had the opportunity to construct this entire facility from the ground up, managing every phase of the project from the initial concept through final completion.

Our scope of work included land clearing and site development, building design and planning, complete site preparation, concrete work, metal building construction, masonry, full interior build-out, and finishing details throughout the property. We also completed the custom signage displayed on the water tank, adding another distinctive element to the finished facility.

Projects of this scale require more than simply putting up a building—they demand careful planning, coordination between multiple trades, attention to detail, and the ability to manage every stage of construction efficiently.

From an undeveloped piece of property to a fully completed, functional facility, our team was proud to oversee the transformation from start to finish.
