History:

Country Air was founded back in 1978 based on the values of quality, comfort, and trust by David & Alice Arevalo. David was initially hired as a TV and radio repair man for Montgomery Wards and took an interest in HVAC after seeing the challenges in the industry. David's experience with heating and cooling was mostly self-taught. Alice's Mother was raised in Magnolia, Texas on the famil

y property and that is what drew them to the area. They quickly fell in love with the small-town atmosphere and tight-knit community and knew it was where they wanted to start their heating and cooling business. Since then, David and Alice have played a large role in helping to grow the community to what it is today. From the Chamber of Commerce to Rotary Club to involvement in foundations like The Jeffery Ingram Memorial Foundation that benefits graduating Magnolia ISD seniors, giving back is in their blood. A tradition that their daughter, Natalie Arevalo Chumley, now continues as owner today. Meet the Business Owner:

Natalie Arevalo Chumley is the daughter of the founders of Country Air, David and Alice Arevalo. Natalie stepped into the role of owner in 2021 after working for her parents ever since she could answer a phone and is excited to grow the family business for years to come while continuing the traditions of excellent customer service, unparalleled expertise in heating and cooling, and community involvement. Natalie as well as her husband Jarrod were both born and raised in Magnolia, TX and both graduated from Magnolia High School. Their children were also born and raised in Magnolia and are the 6th generation to live on the family property. Their daughter Presley is attending Texas State University and their son Beau is a Magnolia West Mustang. Specialties:

We at Country Air are continually changing and improving our product line of air cleaners, air cooling systems and air conditioning services. Our systems will be designed to fit your needs including cooling, heating, air cleaners, thermostats and accessories. We can help you choose the right system based on the information you provide. Should you require service on your current home comfort system, our skilled technicians have the know-how to diagnose, adjust or repair your system so that you are comfortable all year long. We are highly skilled at air conditioning repairs. For safety and warranty reasons, you should never attempt to service your unit yourself. Before the cooling or heating season it is a good idea to have your system checked out by one of our maintenance ac service experts. Small problems can become bigger problems as your system continues to run. You should clean or replace your air filters each month. We offer maintenance contracts that are customized to the needs of the customer. They vary from seasonal, to quarterly or monthly, from multi-system commercial buildings to single-family dwellings. With a maintenance contract, you will receive priority service as well as special discounts. We would be happy to design one to fit your needs.
