Celebrating our people this June ✨

This month, 55 employees are marking work anniversaries, with impressive milestones ranging from 2 to 37 years at Albemarle. During National Safety Month, it’s especially meaningful to recognize the experience, knowledge and dedication they bring each day.

We’re grateful for the way they look out for one another, share lessons learned and lead by example—strengthening our safety culture and making our workplace better for everyone.

✨🎨 The Albemarle Magnolia site partnered with all our area schools for a special Coloring Contest during the Annual Art Show at Magnolia Arts and Magnolia Blossom Festival!

These young artists truly wowed us. The top 100 entries in each category were proudly displayed right on the courthouse lawn—bringing a splash of color and joy to the heart of the festival!

Thank you to every student who entered—we loved seeing your incredible talent on display- and to all the art teachers that assisted us. Congratulations to all our winners!

Team Bromine had an incredible weekend at the Magnolia Blossom Festival!

We’re very proud of the turn-ins we had in each category and to have earned 1st Runner-Up for the Spirit Award and 2nd Runner-Up in the Commercial Division of the parade.

These beautiful cutting board awards are especially meaningful, as they were handcrafted by one of our own, Kenny Carr — true craftsmanship!

It was a wonderful day filled with community spirit, teamwork, and family.

Thank you to everyone who contributed their time and effort to make it such a memorable success!

Students from Magnolia High School's AP Science Classes partnered with our environmental team to help plant a pollinator garden at our training facility—and they got right to work! From digging and planting to learning about native species and sustainability, these students made a real impact.

Pollinator gardens play a vital role in supporting bees, butterflies and other wildlife that keep our ecosystems thriving. And thanks to these students, this space will continue to grow and benefit our community for years to come.

We’re proud to support hands-on learning opportunities like this and even prouder of these students for showing up, getting involved and making a difference.

Fun fact - The annual Magnolia Blossom Festival was born from the Annual Sidewalk Art Show, which began on the courthouse lawn in 1950. Today, that tradition continues as we celebrate the 76th Annual Art Show, now proudly hosted by Magnolia Arts.

Albemarle is excited to continue our longstanding support of the festival as an event sponsor — and this year, we’re honored to be the official sponsor of the beloved Annual Art Show! The show embraces the spirit of STEAM and welcomes creativity from all ages — from popsicle‑stick masterpieces to Picasso‑inspired works. 🎨✨

More fun to come… but we can already tell this year is going to be a great one!
