Want to get your wheels powder coated, but don’t want to hassle with taking them off, having the tires removed, and your vehicle sitting around on stands?

Let us do all the work for you!

-Come take a look through the thousands of color samples to pick out the perfect one if you don’t already know.

-Schedule an appointment.

-Drop your vehicle off.

-Pick it up a couple days later and drive home on your sweet new wheels!

We will put your vehicle up on the lift and take the tires to be dismounted. Then we will strip, blast, prime, and coat your wheels, have the tires mounted, balanced, and put back on your vehicle so it’s ready for you to drive home.

The owner of this BMW M4 took advantage of this service after not being satisfied with previous wheel repairs and the subpar coating that came with them. We cleaned up all the curb rash and got the wheels looking brand new with Prismatic Powders Alien Silver and SC High Performance Clear Coat.

We designed and built this custom fire pit for a customer who had a few specific requests. They needed it to have a bottom, sit at least 12” off the ground, be easy to move from one spot on the concrete patio to another, and have both a top and a set of doors.

We drew up the parts on the computer, put the CNC plasma cutter and welder to work, and brought it all together in the shop.

The end result is a custom fire pit that checked all the customer’s boxes and is built to last for years to come.

I built this thing long before having all the fancy tools and metal finishing equipment I have now, but it is without a doubt my favorite project I’ve ever made.

I saw a few of these wagons online, but nothing quite like what I had in mind. I bought a few antique Radio Flyer wagon tubs and got to work with a grinder and welder until the picture in my head was sitting on the shop floor.

Hayden got to get pulled around to several car shows and show off his wagon, which got all kinds of attention. He’d still like to get pulled around in it, but he’s definitely a little too big for it now. 😂

We can get them looking good as new with a finish that will last way longer than what the factory puts on them. Most manufacturers skip the sandblasting and primer on these to cut down on cost.

We strip them down to bare metal, fix welds, sandblast, then lay down a powder coat primer and super-durable top coat for a finish that will actually last!

1,000’s of colors are available to make sure you get the look you want.

Got this pair of railings installed yesterday in Gibson City with the help of Arrowhead Home Maintenance.

These started out as full sticks of steel on Saturday morning. We got everything cut, laid out, welded up, sandblasted, powder coated and installed by noon on Sunday.

This was a fun one that just got finished up and delivered!

A customer came to me with a pretty unique request-Vegas Vickie as big as I could cut out of one sheet of steel on the plasma table. After lots of test fitting, prep work, and 10 different colors of powder coat I think it turned out pretty cool! It’s headed to a really cool new local music venue and will eventually be paired with Vegas Vic after I get him made.

Cody Shinker(Art By Zoot) spent that last few days throwing down some awesome artwork on a couple of walls and the powder coat oven door. He has painted tons of derby cars for me and I always feel bad destroying his work. Having a couple pieces that won’t be getting wrecked is a nice change!

These brand new Fuel wheels are going to look great on the Tuscadero Pink Jeep they’ll be installed on. Just the right amount of accent color paired with a subtle metallic black lets you know they’re a custom-finished set of wheels. They were taken straight out of the boxes, unwrapped, and thrown right into the chemical stripper to begin the process of creating this finish.

Doing multiple colors of powder coat on one piece can definitely be a challenge, and these wheels were no exception! It takes a ton of careful wiping and vacuuming to achieve the perfectly clean lines between the two colors. Turning out clean, detailed projects like this is what sets us apart from other companies.
