Now hiring a full time entry level Yard/Shop Labor Hand. This would be a great opportunity for a recent high school graduate or even summer time work!

Location: Malakoff, TX.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7am – 5pm (occasional Saturdays, as needed)

Compensation: Starting at $14 per hour. (After a 90-day probationary period, an increase in pay is possible depending on work performance.)

Benefits: All full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance after 60 days of employment. Paid holidays, as well as paid vacation and sick time are available after 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities include but limited to:
• Wash and rinse heavy construction equipment and vehicles using pressure/power washers, brushes, foams, detergents, degreasers, etc.
• Keep shop and yard clean at all times, including sweeping and picking up trash daily.
• Part Runner
• Experience pulling a trailer a plus
• Forklift Experience a plus

Expectations:
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be reliable and have dependable transportation.
• Must have Valid DL – An MVR will be completed to determine company driving eligibility.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and climb on/around equipment.

Asset/Equipment Manager responsibilities include:
• Developing companywide maintenance schedules, procedures and ensuring implementation
• Carrying out inspections of the assets to ensure they are up to company standards

Job brief
We are looking for a reliable Asset/Equipment Manager to oversee all scheduling, repair and upkeep for all assets of the company.
A great Asset/Equipment Manager will have a solid understanding of equipment, PM schedules, etc. They will be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have a great aptitude in working with others and undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc.
The goal is to ensure the company assets are well-cared for and ready to support the company’s business operations.
Responsibilities
• Develop maintenance schedules, procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of assets to ensure they are job ready and resolve issues

Heavy Haul Truck Driver

Description:
• Using the company’s truck and lowboy will safely deliver and unload needed construction equipment and materials in a timely manner.
• Must be confident in transporting oversized and heavy loads.
• Prepare heavy hauling loads for delivery. Loads and unloads equipment, assembles and disassembles equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by operations or equipment manager.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safe and correct loading and unloading of all equipment.
• Responsible for properly securing all cargo before and during transportation
• Oversees the care and maintenance of assigned trucks and trailers.
• Ensures trucks are kept clean and free of clutter, ensures proper licensing and inspections are kept current, and coordinates the necessary maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Conducts and documents daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
• Review routes to be taken with permitted load to ensure that routes can be safely traveled with oversized/overweight loads
• Ensures all safety regulations are followed

Expectations:
• Team player attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to follow oral and written procedures and instructions.
• Must be flexible

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Must have minimum of 3 years of consistent safe driving history as a full-time heavy haul driver
• Must have obtained a Class A CDL
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Physical and possess a valid medical certificate
• Knowledge of FMCSA and OSHA regulations
• Must be able to understand and apply established safety regulations
• Must be able to speak, read and write English
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and climb on/around equipment
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Requires overtime depending on scheduling

1 Year minimum Accounts Receivable experience required, preferably in the construction industry.
HS Diploma.

The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will assist with preventative maintenance and repairs of heavy equipment. Travel to various job sites to make electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs on equipment such as excavators, loaders, trenchers, forklifts, and more.

Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:

Input and scan all invoices daily into accounting system
Research invoice discrepancies resolve in a timely manner
Sales tax resale, tax exemption certificates, sales tax credits and accruals
Reconcile all vendor statements monthly
Receive back up tickets to match invoices
Ensure outstanding credits are received and identify discount opportunities
Maintain vendor files, PO Log, W-9/COI updates, AP filing, subcontractor packets
Complete and submit credit applications
Ensure all Accounts Payable invoices are properly authorized by upper management
Weekly office supply order
