Las Tunas Oceanfront Refresh
It is always flattering to meet a new client on an existing jobsite. So when the neighbors of a beachfront Las Tunas renovation saw our work next door and asked for our help on their home, we were thrilled.

This Las Tunas beauty needed a series of thoughtful upgrades, to compensate for the cruel beauty of the salty Pacific. We began by replacing two sets of oceanfront sliding doors, which is often an early casualty of coastline exposure. Afterwards, we crafted several decks out of the stunning and durable Ipe wood. We finished the front patio with frameless glass railings which allows the homeowners to enjoy every inch of their spectacular ocean vista.

The most dramatic addition was the installation of a wider, more durable staircase leading down to the sand, providing the residents with the ultimate upgrade- additional beach access. Last, but not least, we installed an aluminum storefront security door for client peace of mind.

Beachfront Sophistication.
rebuilding with the right materials for oceanfront living is job one. With all new windows and doors, each of the three bedrooms now have beautifully framed views and feature clean, showcase-worthy bathrooms with designer fixtures and perfect details. We opened up the kitchen to enable panoramic views while integrating custom millwork and top of the line appliances. Throughout the home, wide plank oak floors create the perfect backdrop for the new owner to make it their own. 📸

A beachfront home may be the ultimate residence, but seaside living is never kind to construction. So when Kaneroy got our hands on this Malibu beach house, that was virtually untouched since the late 90’s, we were thrilled to give it new life and stronger bones.
