An important step forward for OCU410 and the millions of people worldwide living with geographic atrophy.

Today, Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder Shankar Musunuri, PhD, MBA, announced that the first patient has been dosed in our global Phase 3 clinical trial of OCU410. This milestone brings us closer to the potential of a one-time treatment for life and our target of three BLAs by 2028.

Your vision can change gradually, often without noticeable symptoms. That's why early and regular eye exams are one of the best ways to detect potential vision problems and protect your long-term eye health. Taking action today can help preserve your sight for tomorrow.

Whether you're due for an eye exam or already have one on the calendar, make routine eye care a priority and encourage your loved ones to do the same.

For years, Manny adapted to the everyday challenges of retinitis pigmentosa, from losing his night vision to relying on loved ones to navigate the world around him. But he never stopped believing in the power of research.

As the third participant to receive OCU400 in a clinical trial, Manny shares how taking a chance on research gave him renewed hope and why he continues to encourage others to consider participating in clinical trials.

Stargardt disease affects the retina, the light-sensitive tissue at the back of the eye that plays a critical role in vision.

Ocugen is advancing OCU410ST, an investigational modifier gene therapy designed as a potential one-time treatment approach for Stargardt disease. By targeting multiple biological pathways associated with the disease, OCU410ST is being evaluated for its potential to preserve retinal structure and visual function.

Not all age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is the same.

Dry AMD is the more common form and typically progresses slowly. Wet AMD is less common but can progress more rapidly.

Geographic atrophy (GA), an advanced form of dry AMD, affects approximately 2–3 million people in the U.S. and Europe combined.

Follow our progress as we advance OCU410, Ocugen's modifier gene therapy candidate for GA. Contact your doctor if you have any concerns.
