Residential Plumber Needed
Job description
Join our growing team of Plumbers and Plumbers Helpers! The essential function of this role is to provide generalized plumbing repair and services to our residential customers. This position handles service calls to customers in their homes and to assist customers in choosing services and products we offer.
$2500 Sign-On Bonus
Choose 5-day or 4-day work week

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair plumbing components in a residential environment
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers
Obtain customer authorization/signature for payment at completion of job
Meeting predetermined targets and sales goals
Assist customers in evaluating repair vs. replace options
Assist in generating and scheduling replacement consultations as necessary
Meet or exceed performance minimum quotas and standards
Direct and train helpers to install, maintain, or repair plumbing and equipment
Provide supervision to helpers on code issues and proper installation procedures
Job Requirements
3+ years' plumbing experience
Experienced in residential service preferred but not required
Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply them in a practical manner on each job
Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes
Ability to draw simple diagrams and can read blueprints and other diagrams
Maintain a valid and clean driver's license
Possess basic hand and power tools
Physical stamina
Reliable transportation
