Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Scheduler to join our team in Manassas or Richmond, VA. This role is essential to keeping projects moving efficiently and ensuring all deadlines are met.

The Scheduler will be responsible for:

Coordinating and managing project schedules
Creating and updating project timelines and calendars
Tracking project progress and adjusting schedules as needed
Communicating with field teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders
Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively
Supporting overall project efficiency and on-time delivery
Qualifications
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to develop and maintain schedules

✅ Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools

✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

✅ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with project management software preferred

✅ Prior experience in scheduling or project coordination is a plus
