Job description:

🔹 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in concrete construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

🔹 Manage project schedules; coordinating with General Contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

🔹 Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control, addressing any issues that arise promptly.

🔹 Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate ex*****on of project plans.

🔹 Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project scheduling and documentation.

🔹 Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to meet or exceed client expectations.

🔹 Provide leadership and supervision to construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

🔹 Maintain effective communication with General Contractors

Skills:

▪️ Familiarity with Data Center construction projects is a preferred.

▪️ Proficient computer skills

▪️ Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices in the construction industry.

▪️ Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project ex*****on.

▪️ Demonstrated supervisory experience to manage multiple crews as well as manage costs on equipment, materials, and labor
