Last week, our Safety Manager, Levi Bonilla led an OSHA 30-Hour Course for our leadership, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to strengthen our safety culture and lead by example. 👷🏼‍♂️👷🏽‍♀️

The advanced 4-day training program focused on hazard recognition, accident prevention, workplace safety best practices, and OSHA compliance... empowering our leaders to create and maintain safer work environments for everyone.

Key benefits of the training included:
•Enhanced understanding of workplace hazards and risk mitigation
•Improved ability to implement and support effective safety programs
•Greater awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
•Promotion of a stronger, proactive safety culture
