Locally owned and operated family business for over 20 years. Quam Petroleum was founded in January of 1997 by Jerald and Ardyce Quam. Carrying on the family business the company currently employs two of their sons Jeremiah and Jebediah. Quam Petroleum carries over 60 years of combined experience with instillation and removal of underground storage tanks (UST) and above ground storage tanks (AST).
Quam Petroleum installs and services C-Store, Service station, and electronic peripherals. Handling bulk petroleum installation and service on bulk plants, piping, and pumps. NH3 (anhydrous ammonia)/ LPG (liquefied propane gas) installation of vessel, piping, pumps, metering systems and valves, also repair of all components. Quam Petroleum certifications are as follows:
-UST/AST installation and removal in ND,MT,SD
-Compliance inspectors for UST service stations, bulk oil, and/or any underground fluid dispersion through a weight and measures certified meter (MT)
-Conduct cathodic protection testing on underground steel tanks and piping
-Calibration testing on all refined fuel and chemical meters in ND, SD, MT
-ASC certified in Gilbarco equipment
-Service Wayne, Bennett, Tokheim, Gasboy pumps and dispenser
-Certified supplier for Ameron/Smith fiberglass products
-Certified supplier and installer of Red Jacket and FE Petro submersible systems
-Certified installer of Incon and Veeder-Root tank monitoring systems
-LPG/NH3 certified installer
-3 ASME B 31.3 SMAW process 6G-1" Min. to Unlimited Max certified welders
-Installer of piers, vessels, and piping to current statutes.
