Nova Pyra is HOME from Houston!!

FTC Team 25619 just returned from the FIRST Tech Challenge World Championship, and we couldn’t be more proud of our incredible team:
✨ 17th in our Division
🌎 91st in the World
🏆 3rd place Design Award in our Division

In only our SECOND year as a team, our student engineers competed on the world stage in Houston, TX against the very best robotics teams from across the globe — and they shone brightly.

The Design Award recognizes outstanding engineering, innovation, and documentation — a true reflection of the creativity and hard work these kids pour into every meeting, every build session, and every match.

This journey was made possible by our amazing sponsors, mentors, and the entire Northshore community. It takes a village, and our village showed UP.

It was a big night for Nova Pyra!

We had the amazing opportunity to join other robotics teams from across the parish to showcase at the St. Tammany Parish Public School System School Board Meeting.

It was a powerful reminder of what our students are capable of — and how much STEM education can change their lives.

We are deeply thankful to the school board for their continued support, their recognition of all the teams, and their commitment to creating opportunities that matter for our kids. The future is bright, and nights like this prove it!
