Another satisfied customer, replaced the drywall in the ceiling and then installed the floor to match the living and dining room

Attended to a customer with a leaky water heater that resulted in water damage to the sub-floor and surrounding area. Removed all damaged wet material, performed preventative measures on the exposed walls and floor, then installed new subfloor, drywall and a brand new water heater with upgraded connections to prevent future incidents. I will return next weekend to finish the drywall to get ready for paint.

The customer was ready for a transformation, removing carpet, installing new subflooring in a room, and revamping the entire house and stairs with a fresh new look.
