We’re always working to grow as craftsmen, not just complete projects. This month, Alex—our insulation team lead—traveled to Van Wert, Ohio to receive advanced training on dense‑pack insulation from Cool Machines.

Recently, we conducted a dense‑pack sound test and saw a 30‑decibel improvement compared to standard wall batts on a shared wall between homes. That kind of result comes from attention to detail and a willingness to keep learning.

We’re grateful for team members like Alex who continually invest in their skills so we can serve our clients with excellence.

We are excited to share that we have changed our name from G&A (Gilmore & Associates) Homes to Gilmore Homes. The heart behind this decision is to create consistency and clarity, eliminate confusion, differentiate ourselves, and achieve better brand recognition. It does not change the value we place on the “associates,” that being our entire Team.

Most importantly, who we are is not changing. Our Mission - Building into the lives of our Team, Partners, and Clients – and Values are still the driving force. We still strive to build high-quality, beautiful homes while delivering an excellent customer experience marked by transparency, care, and trust, and make a positive impact on all those we work with.
