If multifamily amenities had ZARA-style marketing campaigns…

Suddenly the co-working space feels cinematic. The club kitchen looks like a luxury coffee shop. The lobby has “curated textures.” And the mailroom? One of the best-looking spaces in the building!

Because amenities really HAVE shifted from purely functional spaces to fully intentional community experiences — and we’re here for it!
