MGIF Restart Plan
MGIF will be shut down Sunday night and during first shift on Monday. Employees in Maintenance, the Pattern Shop, and the Office should report to work as normally scheduled.

Production operations will resume on second shift, beginning at 2:00 PM on Monday. In the Cleaning Room, only the knockout position is required for second shift on Monday.

CLOSING ALERT!!!
MGIF will be closed tonight March 15th and tomorrow Monday March 16th due to the weather event. Sunday night startup will start Monday at 6:00pm with Maintenance. Others report at normal startup time just 24 hrs. later.

Maintenance Technician Wanted!
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Perform highly diversified duties to maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment including induction furnaces.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Perform welding, and design and fabrication to achieve goals set forth by the company.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Must be self-motivated and perform all duties with minimal supervision and possess a mindset geared toward safety.
This job will start out working 8 hour days 5 days per week for training and then move to 12 hour days 3 days a week. The 12 hour shift schedule will be 6pm to 6am. (OVERTIME IS PAID AFTER 8 HOURS)
