Invincible Furniture Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Quality Systems Specialist to help lead and support our ISO 9001 quality initiative.

Over the past several months, we have been making significant investments in our quality systems, operational processes, and continuous improvement efforts. As part of that journey, we are implementing a comprehensive ISO 9001-compliant quality management system.

The individual currently leading this effort will be retiring at the end of June, creating an opportunity for the right person to help guide the next phase of our quality transformation.

This position is ideal for a retired Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, ISO consultant, or other experienced quality professional looking for flexible, part-time work. We are seeking someone with substantial experience in the implementation, management, and ongoing support of ISO 9001 quality systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive ISO 9001 experience
• Experience conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions
• Strong documentation and process-development skills
• Manufacturing experience required
• Furniture industry and/or metal fabrication experience a plus

This is a flexible part-time position based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

🔹 Lead and support production employees
🔹 Coordinate schedules, workflow, and daily priorities
🔹 Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
🔹 Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime
🔹 Hands-on involvement in assembly, paint operations, and production flow
🔹 Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing American manufacturer

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

✔ 3–5+ years in manufacturing (metal fabrication, assembly, paint, or related environments)
✔ Prior leadership or supervisory experience
✔ ERP, Excel, and Word experience
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
