We see the forecast, we don’t like it either.

We don’t like getting calls of panic from people that their basements are flooding! That’s not how we like to make a living.

That being said, we will do our best to help you.

We have 2 sump pumps left…..

Sadly if your yard is full water, there is little to do because at that point the ground is so saturated there is no where for the water to go- it will force into your home. We can try to push the water farther out- yes there is only so much we can do.

We are hearing a lot of chatter about the lack of toilet paper. If you are out of toilet paper and are using alternative ways to clean yourself- please remember to not flush anything other than TP. Yes you will find wipes that say they are approved to flush- that is not true! Yes they can be flushed, but we know what happens when people flush them. They get caught, pileup in the sewer system and can cost families thousands of dollars to clean pipes.

If it’s not toilet paper, use the trash!

This is our latest work in the mechanical room of a new house. It’s not 100% complete yet, but it’s close! A Navien Combi unit will supply both zones on in floor heat (garage and basement) as well has heat domestic water.
