Balcones Ranch is a major multi-phase development underway in Cedar Hill, and Venus Construction is proud to be delivering critical underground infrastructure across Phase 1A, Phase 1B, and the Balcones Lift Station package. Projects of this scale require coordinated ex*****on across water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and mechanical infrastructure to support long-term community growth.

𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀:

✅ Installation of 16,000+ LF of water line infrastructure, including 8" and 12" PVC mains, hydrants, service connections, valves, and tie-ins

✅ Installation of 15,000+ LF of sanitary sewer, including gravity sewer, force main, manholes, services, bores, and lift station connections

✅ Installation of 9,000+ LF of storm drainage, including reinforced concrete pipe, storm structures, inlets, headwalls, drainage protection, and detention infrastructure

✅ Complete Balcones Lift Station package including wet well, valve vault, pumps, odor control, site electrical, generator, fencing, access improvements, and associated mechanical systems

Chisholm Summit is a large, three-phase residential development underway in Burleson, Texas, and our team is currently in the early stages of utility installation. Projects of this size take time to take shape, and it all starts below the surface with the infrastructure that will support the community for years to come.

📋SCOPE INCLUDES:

🚰 𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥
✅ Installation of 4", 8", and 12" PVC C900 water lines (16,000+ LF total)
✅ Gate valves, boxes, and fire hydrant assemblies
✅ Water service connections and irrigation infrastructure

🚽 𝗦𝗘𝗪𝗘𝗥
✅ Installation of 8" and 10" PVC sewer lines (SDR-35 & SDR-26, 15,000+ LF total)
✅ Bored crossings with steel casing.
