🏃‍♂️ Seven years of racing the boss, and the competition is still going strong!

Our annual Race the Boss 5K took place Tuesday at our Maple Grove headquarters, where some participants raced to beat CEO Ben Durbin, while others enjoyed a walk on a beautiful fall day.

Congratulations to those who crossed the finish line before the boss, and thanks to everyone who participated and helped make the event happen! 🏅

Congratulations to Mike Kelm on his retirement!

Earlier this week, employees and members of Mike’s family gathered at our Marshfield office to celebrate his career and share a few stories from his years with the team.

Mike joined Cybertrol in 2019 through the ESE acquisition and retires as a Senior Automation Engineer. Over the years, he became known for his broad technical knowledge, his willingness to help others, and the calm, patient way he approached challenges. He has also been a valued mentor to younger engineers and a steady resource for teammates across the company.

Those qualities came up again and again as people reflected on working with Mike. Beyond being an extremely knowledgeable engineer, he’s simply been a great person to work with.

Thank you, Mike, for your contributions, mentorship, and many years of great work. We hope you enjoy retirement!

A large dairy manufacturer needed a more reliable way to manage pallet labeling, barcode verification, tracking, and ERP communication across its packaging operations.

Cybertrol implemented PalletWorks® to automate label generation, verify pallet data, reduce manual handling, and keep production information aligned between the plant floor and ERP.

This implementation example shows how the manufacturer created a more reliable and maintainable end-of-line packaging system with improved traceability and a configurable foundation for future enhancements.
