Since you’re so gosh-darn good at making people feel comfortable and making things understandable, we want you to be our next Home Advisor.
Your job is connecting our professional technicians and install teams with customers needing heating, cooling & plumbing.

We expect you to show up with manners and professionalism.
No arm twisting. No finger-guns. No slick tricks.
That matters.
Each day, you’ll be responsible for:
Setting up calls
Meeting with prospective customers
Building compelling proposals
Following up and,
Making sure our customers are Comfortable.
When a customer lead comes in, you’ll follow up promptly and professionally.
We’ll give you the tools you need to be successful.
You’ll get regular training and an office full of support people.
Because you’re good at this, you’ll be making six figures pretty quickly. And when you’re great at this, our top folks make as much as $175-250K/yr.
That’s no exaggeration.

Home Advisors should have:
Minimum of one year of interactive customer experience (big plus if it’s in sales)
High school diploma (some college even better)
Good computer skills and an understanding of Word and Excel
Extra points if you’re familiar with Customer Relationship Management software
Clean, neat, and professional appearance
and instinctively understand customer service and interpersonal communication.
