Every project comes with responsibility, and sometimes that responsibility means owning mistakes and making things right.
Earlier this year, one of our projects didn't meet the expectations we set for ourselves or our customer. When concerns were brought to our attention, we took action, stood behind our work, and covered the costs necessary to make it right.
Jack wanted to share his perspective and provide some additional context regarding the project, the decisions made, and the steps taken to ensure the homeowner received the finished product they deserved.
At the end of the day, every customer deserves a quality result, and every contractor has a choice: walk away or stand behind their work. We know which choice we made.
