We recently had the opportunity to get on-site for a punch walk for our project with Compass Health Network. Our team is proud to be partnering with FSA, LLC to provide MEP engineering services for this interior remodel, which will accommodate a new Compass Health Primary Care space in Troy, MO.

It’s always great to see a project nearing completion and to collaborate with a team dedicated to improving access to healthcare in the community.

Our team was recently on site to check the progress of Cath Lab 4 at Mercy Southeast. While the new equipment hasn't been installed quite yet, everything else is right on track! This project will support advanced cardiac care and enhance clinical capabilities within the facility.

It’s always rewarding to see projects like this nearing completion and to contribute to spaces that help deliver critical care to patients in the community.

The Lovelace Enchanted Hills Urgent & Primary Care Clinic in Bernalillo, New Mexico, is officially open for business! Facet Architectural Design and M/E 1 Engineering designed this ground-up, 8,100 SF, single-story building with Urgent Care and Primary Care as a test-fit for a nationwide Oman-Gibson Associates prototype in partnership with Ardent Health. The interiors were designed with patients as the main focus, and drew color and pattern inspiration from the surrounding desert and Ardent Health’s blue branding.

This expansion of services and providers for the residents of Rio Rancho and Bernalillo is another testament to their 100-year commitment to caring for New Mexicans.

Portneuf Urgent Care is now officially open in Chubbuck, ID! Built in partnership with Ardent Health and OGA, this 3,774 SF prototype facility offers 6 exam rooms and radiology. The facility has been welcoming patients for about a week, with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony held on Wednesday, February 11.

The John Burroughs School Dining Hall is COMPLETE - just in time for back to school! Our scope involved all new MEPs, upgrading the existing facility to new ventilation standards, and providing provisions for all new kitchen equipment. We added new lighting and lighting controls, retrofitted old grease hoods to increase energy efficiency, and provided custom HVAC solutions that complemented the building’s 100+ year-old original structure.

We’re excited to showcase a new system design for our firm — a high-efficiency, fully redundant ice-build chiller plant designed for a major hospital client. This project not only demonstrates our team's technical depth, but also our ability to deliver complex systems within the real-world constraints of a live healthcare environment.
