Kellams & Bertsch Heating and Air Conditioning was established in 1940 by Lester Kellams and joined in 1942 by M.C. ‘Butsy’ Bertsch. They did heating, air conditioning, sheet metal and gutter work. In 1957, Allan Cook began working for them and bought into the business in 1960. Lee Cook, Allan’s son, started in 1980 and bought the business from Al in 1998. Kellams & Bertsch has 3 full-time employe

es with: Lee, Chris River (1995) and Steve DeMoss (2012). Kellams & Bertsch has always been a Lennox dealer and we also carry Thermo-Pride oil furnaces. Much of the business has remained the same with the exception we no longer do gutter work. We are dedicated to taking care of our customers!
