Xquisite Services is a flooring company looking for a Tile and Marble installer with 4 years or more of experience. You will be working side by side with owner and sometimes as needed by yourself. Must be a good and clean coworker.

$20+ an hour depending on experience

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!!

Responsibilities and requirements:

* Must know how to install tile with mud

* Must know how to install tile with thin-set only

* Must know how to install wood plank tile

* Able to install tile sizes 24”, 36”, 48” porcelain and natural stone.

* Ability to work independently, as needed.

* If needed: assist with mixing mortar, grout, demolition, clean up, loading and offloading materials

* Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to job locations. You will sometimes travel with owner in his car to the job site and sometimes you must go straight to the job site with your own car. Job sites are mainly in Marathon FL

Xquisite Services is a flooring company looking for an exceptional helper willing and eager to learn how to fully install on his own. Must have reliable transportation!

Pay is based on experience. $15+ and hour DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

This is a position where you can advance quickly. Excellent trade skills and attention to detail are essential.

**Pay rate will strongly depend on experience in the tile trade

Responsibilities and requirements:
• Assist and/or experienced with the installation and grouting of tile floors and walls in a variety of commercial and residential projects.

• Assist with tile demolition and clean up

• Loading and offloading materials

• Prep work area at start of day and clean up at the end of the day.

• Mix mortar and grout as needed.

• Cut tile on company provided wet-saws and manual tile cutters.

• Use of a variety of other power tools, as needed.

• Experience in the building trades requiring measuring and accuracy

• Candidate must be safety conscious, and detail oriented.

• Ability to work independently, as needed.

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required.

• There is physical work required that will include handling boxes of tile, stone, buckets of mortar, shovels, wheel barrels, power tools, etc.

• Applicant must be able to independently lift 80 lbs. from floor to chest height on a regular basis throughout the day, as needed.

• Experience working on a crew

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude is extremely important to our team
