24-foot ceilings and white oak beams set the stage for this custom living room. 🏡🔥

A 100-inch fireplace with a smooth stucco surround and bench anchors the space. An arched niche frames the white oak floating shelves above matching cabinetry and fantasy granite counters. Montpellier wood-look tile flooring adds warmth, while Western windows bring in natural light and dual 100-inch fans complement the soaring ceilings and help the Carrier Comfort HVAC system perform its best work. This is when it starts to get exciting. 🙌

The beams are up, the cabinetry is in, and the vision is coming to life. After months of planning and hard work, you can start to picture the meals, the gatherings, and the everyday moments that will fill this home.

Still a little dust and a few details to go—but what a view already.

Soak. Steam. Unwind. ✨

A double-slipper soaking tub, Signature Hardware trim, and a eucalyptus steam room shower featuring his-and-hers shower heads and niches, a built-in bench, and a touchscreen controller—your own private retreat at home.

Warm gold accents, pebble shower flooring, and a bold geometric floor bring texture and character to this custom bathroom.

A little Rose, a little Gold, and a lot of detail. 🌸

La Riviera Rose Tile gives this shower its soft color and handcrafted look. Brushed gold trim and fixtures from Signature Hardware add warmth, while frameless shower glass by Venture Glass keeps the tile in full view.

A backlit niche, Halo Can lights, and Halo Mirrors by ICO Bath bring the lighting together. At the Jack & Jill Vanities, Fantasy Macaubas Quartzite by M&M Counters with Signature Hardware Faucets complete the space.

Do You Recognize These Materials? We Do. 🏡

Since 1885, this property has been part of one family’s story, passed down through generations and filled with memories that deserve to live on.

As we prepare to finish their new custom home, we’ve carefully reclaimed the original stone, wood, and tin from their family’s historic home. These materials will be thoughtfully incorporated into the new design, blending over 140 years of family heritage with modern luxury and craftsmanship.

The same stone that sheltered generations. The same wood that witnessed countless family memories. The same tin that weathered more than a century of Texas seasons.

We’re not just building a new home. We’re carrying a family’s legacy forward.

At Current Custom Homes, we believe the most meaningful homes are those that tell a story. This one began in 1885, and we’re honored to help write its next chapter.

🏋️ A HOME GYM THAT TAKES LUXURY TO ANOTHER LEVEL!

At Current Custom Homes, we believe every space should be designed with purpose, functionality, and an elevated level of craftsmanship. This custom gym is no exception!

✨ 1/2" Rubber Gym Flooring seamlessly transitions into engineered wood flooring and slate gray tile in the dry sauna, creating a beautiful blend of durability and luxury, hand selected by Cheyenne.

🔥 Custom Dry Sauna featuring floating benches that make cleaning underneath a breeze. The perfect place to relax and recover after a great workout!

🏡 Monotube Staircase leads up to the treehouse, combining architectural beauty with modern engineering.

🎶 In-Ceiling Zoned Speakers & Wall-Mounted Fans keep the music flowing and the air moving while you get those much-deserved steps in!

🚪 Industrial-Style Door sets the tone the moment you enter, introducing a space where modern design meets everyday functionality.

🌳 Picture-Frame Glass Throughout brings the outdoors in, offering uninterrupted views of the pool and surrounding landscape. Finish your workout, take in the view, and head straight outside for a refreshing cool-off!

From the flooring transitions to the smallest architectural details, every element was thoughtfully designed to create a space that feels just as good as it looks.
