As the season of giving approaches, we're reminded of just how important it is to look out for one another and lend a helping hand whenever we can.

Recently, our team came together to collect food donations for the Utica Food Pantry, helping support local families and neighbors who need it most.

At Standard, we're committed to uplifting our Central New York community and making a positive difference in the lives of those around us. 💚

You know her as the woman behind Standard, but how well do you really know Jenn Keida? 💚

Our very own Jenn was recently featured in the Times Union's “20 Things You Don't Know About Me” series by Kristi Gustafson Barlette, giving readers a fun look at the person behind the business!

Check out the article to learn a little more about the woman who keeps Team Standard moving forward:

Jenn Keida wears heels on job sites, has an 18-pound cat and had to have her heart “rewired” more than once.

After 13 incredible years, it's time to wish a very happy retirement to our very own Bob Wetherbee! 🎉💚

If you've been around Standard for a while, chances are you know Bob (and his signature bright green shoes)!

Since joining Team Standard in 2013, Bob has worn many hats, from starting out as a cellulose helper to becoming a key part of quality control for our EmPower+ Program. Through it all, his dedication, attention to detail, and pride in his work have made him an invaluable part of our team.

Bob, we can't thank you enough for the years of hard work, dedication, and memories. We're going to miss having you around, but we're so excited for you to enjoy this next chapter!

Please join us in wishing Bob a happy, healthy, and well-deserved retirement!

Pumpkins, mums, and a whole lot of Standard green! 🎃🍂

We're getting into the fall spirit around here! Shoutout to our very own John Farruggia for providing the pumpkins and helping us spruce things up for the season!

A little golf, a little friendly competition, and a whole lot of Team Standard! ⛳

Last Friday, our team got together at Heron Creek Golf Course for our Annual Golf Outing! We spent the day playing 9 holes, enjoying some great food and drinks, and raffling off some awesome prizes.

It was the perfect opportunity to step away from our busy schedules, share some laughs, and enjoy time together outside of work.

We're grateful for this crew and the chance to make memories together. Already looking forward to next year! 💚🏌️
