Today I cleaned out a condenser coil that was packed solid with dirt, you can see how hard it was working just to move air. After the clean, it looks brand new and will run a lot more efficiently. If your outside unit has not been cleaned in a while, message me and I will take a look.

Wrapped up another install today, a Ruud 15.2 SEER2 system. I made sure the condenser is tied down for hurricane winds, sealed the plenum tight, and added a float switch so a clogged drain never means water damage inside the house. This unit even qualifies for a $200 FPL rebate. Message me if your system is getting old and you want it done right.

Wrapped up another install today, a new Allied high efficiency air handler going into this garage closet. Sealed the plenum tight and put in a security float switch so a clogged drain line cant turn into a water damage headache. This customer is going to be nice and cool once summer peaks. Finished putting in a new Allied condenser and air handler today. Got the line set brazed clean, the unit leveled on a fresh pad, and the air handler closet buttoned up neat. Finished up another install for the neighbors in Sunrise Lakes today. New Allied condenser went up on the roof, tied down for hurricane season like the code requires, and the air handler got a tight sealed plenum with a float switch so there's no surprise water damage down the line. Finished up this Rheem/Ruud install in Sunrise today. Took the time to seal the plenum tight on the air handler and secured the condenser to the slab with hurricane toe downs, that way it stays put when the weather gets rough. A properly sealed system means better airflow and a lower electric bill for the homeowner. If your unit is due for a replacement, message me and we can talk about it.

Finished up a new Allied system today. Strapped the condenser down to the slab for hurricane protection and set the air handler up in the attic with the plenums sealed tight to the unit so there is no air leakage up there.
