We are hiring an Office Assistant.
• Performs broad range of office functions
• Answers calls, relay detailed messages.
• To process, file and multiple reports
• Composes and distributes meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports
• An ideal candidate would need to be very adaptable to a wide range of tasks and possess excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of office etiquette and confidentiality
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite-Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision and with a variety of levels of individuals
• Must possess the skills to independently handle established and multiple priorities at once
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
