Today, we are extremely proud to have reached a 28+ year milestone serving industry during which we have earned a stellar reputaton for dependability and delivery of top-of-the-line products. In 1997, with the expansion of our US service facility, the company headquarters was relocated to the metropolitan Atlanta area from its original Michigan location. Our Marietta, GA facility is one of the few facilities in the U.S. that offers both in-house diamond tool sharpening as well as in-house custom carbide insert grinding. GDP|GUHDO staff is very knowledgeable in cutting tool applications and we strive to give each customer the individual attention deserved to find solutions to tooling problems. Since 2005, GDP|GUHDO is no longer under the same ownership as GUHDO Germany, a result of GUHDO Germany's reorganization that year. GDP|GUHDO continues to import and distribute the high quality precision industrial saw blades that have been manufactured at the Wermelskirchen plant for many decades. In cooperation with strategic European manufacturing partners, GDP|GUHDO serves the woodworking industry, plastics industry, and, to a smaller degree, other industries (metalworking, recycling, skiving, textile and to***co) with a full precision cutting tool program that includes tooling for planers, moulders, shapers, tenoners, boring machines, routers, CNC machining centers, mortisers, edgebanders and more. Most of our partner companies are ISO certified and thus explicitly required to adhere to European safety and quality standards which guarantee top performance. In addition to our standard tooling program, many items of which you can see here on our website, there are many more tooling solutions we provide.. Custom tooling for CNC machinery, moulders, tenoners, planers, etc. represent a large part of our business, but our mission is to provide our customers with the tooling they require, not to pacify them with a second-best solution.
